Malovaugne: I have an Asus Transformer Book T100, which looks very similar in design to this tablet in the video. I dropped the tablet once and the screen cracked, and the touchscreen did not work. I took it to a repairshop and they replaced the screen and now the touchscreen works. Then, after a few days, the top part of the touchscreen does not work. [just like your description in the beginning of the video]. My OS is Windows 8.1, I tried using the Restore option but after restoring, the touch screen's top still does not work. Do you think it's just a coincidence software issue like in this video, or is it a hardware issue as you warned?

Little Sherlockian: I dropped mine on the ground and it was working for about 5 minutes until in the middle of typing (without the keyboard) it stopped and now i can use the screen at all!
