Did this video help you?

ElevatorAdjuster: Thankyou. God Bless America. I was also from Brooklyn. " I'm a Brooklynaise " LOL....

ElevatorAdjuster: Thanks for the correction fellas.

1998madman: Good stuff , gotta love the way americans talk.

kevin st.denis: I've done this years ago we would use sockets of the right size to press u-joint cups out allso

dickydom100: Hmmmm ?

ElevatorAdjuster: Thank you for your question. Absolutely true as an auto mechanic is forced to work in confined spaces and therefore relies on job specific tools. If the auto mechanic had the room I believe this tool would work without a "hitch" ............... John Fellin

xcalibrefive: It's called a race

ElevatorAdjuster: @MrJajee Thank you for the wonderful comment. I am glad you enjoy learning from my videos. I will upload more soon.

bluewools: nice Idea, but, that's a 3/4" rigid coupling, not an EMT coupling. I just mention it because if you try that with an EMT coupling you'll likely be really disappointed.

ElevatorAdjuster: @blazterreck Remember , buy American only!

Timothy Walsh: good job :)

blazterreck: will do,thanks

ElevatorAdjuster: @MegaSohip Do they make bigger vices. This vice was used for trains.

stormingee: Great Idea but I don't think that vice will fit in your tool bag (just kidding you could also clamp it somewhere with a vice grip).

MrJajee: this their contribution to learn engineering maintenance.Great and Wonderful idea they showed us.Thanks guys please if you have more videos then upload them.

MegaSohip: You need a bigger Vise .. lol

ElevatorAdjuster: Thank you.

ElevatorAdjuster: @stormingee Great point. A vice grip will definitely serve as a vice when deemed necessary. Thanks for the tip.

ElevatorAdjuster: Hey you aint so young your self! LOL

ElevatorAdjuster: Thank you for your observation.

5734208: my opinion you must to stuck it to the body of arm after installation .with stuck tool of minimum 3 points

blazterreck: i just use a hammer, call me old school, but now i Will stop breaking them thanks to you

ElevatorAdjuster: @blazterreck You are welcome.

bajagreatwhitesharks: That would be cool if we made our own stuff and warranty it for life!!

sandydogy: there is ones on hub pullers to that are usefull for replacing bushes

MegaSohip: you need a bigger vise

bajagreatwhitesharks: 6 guys didn't understand!! Thanks man!

ElevatorAdjuster: Would love to see that old Made in the USA stamp on everything coming into and leaving this greatest of countries.

ElevatorAdjuster: @5734208 Practice on a discarded or broken piece of steel holding the bearing you wish to replace. You need to push on the outermost portion of the bearing casing.

ElevatorAdjuster: @adamcox27 Thank you for your thoughts. I agree with you. There are many situations that call for job specific tools. This little device works well with GAL Door Operators. Thanks for the advice.

MrRub731: Hey guys!! This is one f the greatest instructing videos I've ever seen in youtube... I've been searching, like mad, the web to make a tool that would allow me to work on my car front bearing. I didn’t want to go to any mechanic nor did I want to buy anything expensive. So, finding your video was like being touched by God. So, a million thanks to you two!!!! Now I know how to apply your little device to take out the front wheel bearings!!!!

5734208: wrong installatin can be damage ? do i need to push on the outer race or inner race of bearing ?

ElevatorAdjuster: Age is only a number. Mine just happens to be very big. LOL......

Platingisfun: Will see if it works with knuckle!

bajagreatwhitesharks: heheheh thanks bud!

Adam Cox: Ingenious with exception of rather large oversight. Most bearing removals are from tight spaces. Some you can't get access to rear. So best tool is a split ring hammer type tool like the one Tusk makes for sizes from 8 to 45 mm. But good thoughts anyhow. Let's see some videos of real tool use now. ;-) Cheers.

bajagreatwhitesharks: or just make them like you Old School :D

ElevatorAdjuster: @bluewools Thank you for visiting my website. You are correct. I misspoke. I'm glad you got the general idea. That's why my videos carry disclaimers prior to viewing. Only human!

ElevatorAdjuster: You are quite welcome.

ElevatorAdjuster: @5734208 Great Question. As long as the socket is smaller than the bearing but still sitting on the casing it will not get stuck.

ElevatorAdjuster: Interesting ?

ElevatorAdjuster: You are very welcome.
