Did this video help you?

m144mantube: thank you! I just found out that a small rodent of some sort had made a nest in my fan. packed it solid full of grass in one day. oh, and a walnut too. Haha.
Thanks to your video, it turned an hour long job into 30 min.

Sean Nicholls: mine blows hot air but not hot enough dos not get hot enough is that the heater core or the blower

Mark G: GREAT video, even when you blocked the camera, I had more than enough information to make this same repair.  Turns out I had sunflower seeds and a peanut in the fan (stupid mice) so I cleaned it out thoroughly, ran the shop vac up the vent and also ran about 100 PSI of air through the system.  whole thing runs better than when I bought the truck!  Now, to see if I can send the new motor back...

Michael Rutto: Thank you so much, your video made it so easy ! My blower was filled with leaves, I did not have to replace it .I just removed the leaves and it sounds like new !

Standammit: Great video. I replaced my fan yesterday. I had to put a speed nut on the fan cover screw in the back or I would never have gotten it back on. Even then I needed 2 ratchet extensions and 2 elbows to get to it.On my 2002 Avalanche there were only two screws that had to be removed for the first large cover, then 2 more for the voltage regulator, then 2 more on the fan cover. The new fan came with a wire and plug which made the fan replacement and reconnection much easier. Thanks again, very helpful!

Viper Tactical Milsim: I just performed this install on our team vehicle, 2002 GMC Yukon. Although Ive worked under this dash before, your video was very helpful in refreshing my memory. Thanks! -S

Jacob Villegas: Mine is making a groaning noise ever up in that exact area. Any idea of what it could be?

Super Jason: i replaced the blower moto resister , and still doesnt blow no cold air , but only when im driving down the road i feel it coming through the vents

Miguel Ortega: I have a 1999 gmc 2500 the truck won't give any heat it just blows air any ideas ?

46AFD: Basically the same area for a 1990 Camaro?

Firas Yacoub: I have a 2001 Chevy Tahoe and when I turn the heat or ac to 1,2 it doesn't work but on 3,4,5 it does should I replace the motor

Amber Ward: I have a 02 Tahoe. When I turn the fan up it makes a grinding sound. Should I try to replace the fan motor?

Jose Barajas: Hi i was wondering if you can help me out I have a 2004 gmc yukon xl im having trouble figuring out whats the problem my a/c and heater stopped working the compressor turnes hnder the hood but no cold or hot air comes out but the rear a/c does work any help please? And thank you

Tazh702: Thanx 1aauto!!! It was easy! I followed you step by step and BAM cold ac in my '01 Silverado! You def saved me $$$. I subscribed and will continue to learn way to repair my vehicles. Great channel and again, THANX!

Travis Bland: so once you remove the cover, there is what looks like a door next to the motor that I cant figure out how to open, or how is there air suppose to move thru, cause my problem is the air isn't coming out of the air ducts, but the motor is working! just can't figure out how to get the air to flow, and it looks like this door thing that I cant get open is keeping it from circulating? I need your help please? I don't know how else to explain it, but I hope I explained it half way right, so that you might be able to make since of it!!

daltonaydell8: What is the part number for the cover that covers everything? That black plastic piece that you had to take off to get to the motor.

David G: How different is it for a 1997 K1500?

humourcar: Great video. Thanks! Just replaced my blower motor and cabin air filters while I was in there. Nice to know what tools I need before I start instead of making trips back and forth to the tool box...especially when I'm working in my driveway in the middle of winter. Do you guys ship to Canada?

gavin morrison: I have a 2000 Tahoe, and I went to start it up to warm it up and the heater fan wouldn't blow and then smoke started blowing up thru where the defroster comes out and it smelled like wires burning, so do you think the heater blower wires burnt up or what else could it be?
