Bruce Jones: Spent all day nailing on 20 mm thick solid oak architraves onto oak
linings, set depth to no 3 and the nails went in like butter everytime, 1mm
below surface of wood ready for colour wax.

fit them at the workshop,so I said to go ahead as the overall cost wouls
only be around £40,theyve had it a week&half now,so I phoned them today,he
said the workshop had found a jammed pin inside that had damaged the
"profile" and it would need replacing&the overall cost of repair would now
be £105..what is the "profile"..and do you think they are trying to pull a
fast one?..thanks in advance.

the nailgun in the clip..Ive had it for about 3/4 yrs now¬hing has ever
gone wrong with it,until recently,it stopped firing..it made all the noises
that it makes when its about to fire,but it wasnt firing the pins out..I
took it to my local DeWalt dealer&he stripped it down in front of me on the
counter,he said the bands had snapped&I could see they had,he checked the
firing pin&said that it wasnt damaged&was nice..cont

Bruno De Deckere: i had mine for 5 years trouble free, broke a driving pin over the years but
that was it. Just knackered now so i bought a new one. The only negative
thing i would say is the weight but i'm used to it. My mate bought the
Bosch one but traded it in for a Dewalt. Stay clear from the Bosch one.

battery you attach but we reckon you'd get 700-800 nails per charge
