D. Hansel: The TV I am working on is a Samsung Sync Master T220 HD. While playing a DVD I do not have any color and the screen looks like small lines through it. I have taken the back off the TV several times, unplugged all the cables and ribbon cables, checked the power supply board for leaking or busted capacitors. I checked the fuse. Everything appears to be visually OK. I do not have a setup menu. The settings just give me adjustments for color, contrast, sharpness, sound settings and that is about all I see while scrolling with the remote control. When I press the menu button on the remote control the menu is sharp and bright.
I did notice there is a "Service USB" plug in the back. I wonder what software I could use to make factory setting so I can adjust this TV. Any Help... Please leave a comment.
Richard Gluten: it worked. thought id have to replace a capacitor. I hope this fix lasts a while. Thank you so much

Aydin Mirzoev: I have the same problem on my tv, but I didnt understand what did you do after you get a menu, how you get the second staf of menu?
Geo: This happened to my tv and this fixed it but now it happened again, any idea what to do? The DDR option is still on Samsung from the first time I fixed this so that doesn't change much, neither does factory reset. I have no idea why this happened, an hour ago it was okay.
Roy Benoit: Do you know the service menu code for a Sanyo DP37647? Thank you!
