every time i tried to join it gave me this error:
"io.netty.handler.codec.decoderexception: The received string length is
longer than maximum allowed (21 > 16)" any ideas?
BaffyDuck: the server manager thing closes when i try to open it

world file and in the notepad i change the server name and I still have the
server saying its old. I was doing the same exact thing the other day and
it worked but now every time I try to change it. it doesnt work. so if you

The Blue Turtle: u get a sub
Jonathan Tam: i can not use a 1.7.10server, other are still working, any one know what is
Thomas Mooney: it said "old"
Kalib C: I haven't tested it out yet, but instead of deleting or moving the original
"world" folder, couldn't you just edit the properties so that it accesses a
different world folder, and you could just do that every time you wanted to
change the server's world? That way you don't really have to delete
anything, because only one file can be accessed at at time anyway. just a
thought, I might be wrong
Jacob Tribe: Does this enable you to change the name of your world?

mytube363: Sorry to bother you, But my question is, Um it is not in the saves folder.
And if I type %appdata% nothing is there. I have to go to AppData instead.
Then I go to .minecraft. Then what happens is I go to saves/save whatever
its called. Then nothing is there. Where are the single player maps? Aren't
they sapposed to be in the World folder? Please help! Thanks!

Jose Pantoja: No Problem!
Jose Pantoja: Maybe try to get the world uncompressed from were you downloaded it or
dont compress the world if you are transferring your world from computer to
ZeroExposure: how do you do it in a YAMS serve
Jose Pantoja: Hmm, that is weird. The only way to find your save is my looking in the
server folder and look for the server properties. Then look on the
level-namel=. Then remember the name after that. Then go back into the
server folder then look for a folder with that name. Hope it helps. I dont
know how to fix that, if this doesn't work.
Nick .C: well i did everything right and it still didnt work
